Chaohua Zhao, male, born in 1980, professor, doctor of Engineering, deputy director of Engineering Research Center of Mechanical Sand Control and Ecological Carbon Sink of Ministry of Education, deputy dean of Desert Ecology Research Institute of Chongqing Jiaotong University, was selected as the leader of innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration team of rapid ecological restoration technology of "Desert sodification" in Chongqing Talent Plan. Mainly engaged in the related research of pavement, mechanics and bridge structure, including the cement concrete pavement with isolation and closure layer, fiber concrete, polymer modified concrete pavement and bridge deck pavement, the research of concrete beam based on "resistance", "release" and "resistance", the mechanical research of granular matter and sand transformation "soil", desert governance, ecological mechanics, etc. Responsible for the specific implementation of the project supported by the research group, indoor and outdoor experiments, the implementation of the special action plan (polymer pavement) supported by the project of the Ministry of Communications for nearly 100 kilometers, and the specific implementation of the research on the ecological treatment of desert soil. As the person in charge, I presided over more than 10 research projects (1 national, 1 provincial and 4 horizontal), participated in more than 10 research projects as the principal investigator, obtained 9 authorized invention patents, 5 utility model patents, and 15 patents under review. I published more than 20 papers, and guided college students to win the national Bronze Award (first prize in Chongqing Competition area) in the Challenge Cup Entrepreneurship Competition.
