Qiang Li, male, born in 1985, doctor, is a senior engineer, executive director of Chongqing Carbon Pipe Technology Co., LTD. He used to be director of low-carbon Consulting Department of Chongqing International Investment Consulting Group Co., LTD., executive director and general manager of Chongqing Guoqi Low-carbon Technology Consulting Co., LTD. His research interests include climate change and low-carbon policies and technologies. Engaged in climate change and low-carbon development policy research and project consulting work for more than 10 years, presided over and participated in more than 30 national, international cooperation and provincial projects, more than 100 consulting projects. It mainly includes Chongqing carbon emission trading pilot project, research on key issues of Chongqing participating in the carbon market, Chongqing greenhouse gas inventory preparation project, Chongqing peak forecast and emission reduction path research, Chongqing carbon emission peak action plan preparation, etc.
